Where can I find a crest?

A crest is part of a coat of arms that has been granted to an individual and their heirs by the Crown. It is an ancient tradition that dates back nearly 1000years. If you are curious about finding a crest, please use the links below.

How much does it cost?

The cost of having a piece of jewellery made depends on the complexity of the design, and how much metal or gems or diamonds are used. A simple, plain platinum or gold band would be approximately £1000. For a classic, 0.50ct diamond solitaire engagement ring, the price would be approximately £3500. For a redesign using existing stones, the cost can start at around £1100. We always aim to work within a budget, and operating as an online business, we dont have the same overheads as a conventional shop. This cost saving is passed directly onto our clients, meaning our prices are up to a third less than the high street.

Can I use my own gold or gemstones?

Absolutely yes! In many cases, gemstones and diamonds can be reset into a new piece of jewellery. Gold can also be reused in the new design, although platinum or white gold is tricky to rework, and so can be used as a scrap offset from the total cost of the work.

How long will it take?

The initial design part of the process will take around a week. Once a design has been selected and proceeded, the production part of the process typically takes around 6-8weeks. However, if you have a special date in mind, like a wedding day, we can work to that date.
